SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is available for most products I create such as cutting boards, charcuterie boards, and other small items. Shipping prices are pre-set based on the size of the products
Discounts will be refunded if purchasing multiple products that will ship in the same box

For larger items such as coffee tables, dining tables, and epoxy resin tables, special delivery can be set up. The rate is subject to the type of shipping, hand delivery or UPS/FedEx/USPS, and a final price will be given after the order has been submitted. An additional invoice/charge may occur if the total amount was not fulfilled with the placement of an order. Shipping and delivery estimates can be given prior to the placement of an order if contacted ahead of time. If paying for these items here on the website, a 1 cent charge will be added to the total as a place holder for when a quote is given at a later point.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
It is my goal to have 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but in rare case that a return is needed, please reach to me and I will personally handle the situation.

If a product damaged during delivery: Please let me know as soon as possible to either replace the broken component (Handle, Rubber feet, etc.) or get started on a replacement. I will also need detailed pictures of the damage if I decide to dispute the handling of the package with the shipping service

Returns of Customized Products: For products with CNC engravings or laser engravings, I do not accept returns on these. As stated, I strive for 100% satisfaction and do so by ensuring you have proofs and a clear understanding what the product will look like after the customization is added. If you are still not 100% satisfied, we can discuss a partial refund for the amount of the customization

Returns of larger products: For larger products such as dining tables, coffee tables, or other orders which require a deposit up front, the order can be canceled or the product can be returned in a timely matter after original delivery as long as it has no visible damage or has not been used

Returns that require shipping: If a return is needed on a product that is not due to shipping damage, the returnee takes full responsibility in paying for and packaging the item. The returnee accepts responsibility of the product if it is subject to damage during the return
REFUND POLICY
Refund of all online sales: Sales on wmswoodworking.com paid for via credit card or PayPal are automatically subject to processing fees that cannot be avoided. If using these payment methods, a refund can be issued of the total amount paid minus the processing fees that have already been applied (typically 2.5%)

Refund of customized items: Due to the additional design and build time of customized orders, I cannot issue a 100% refund on these products. If there are issues with a custom product, please contact us and we can discuss the issue at hand

Refund of larger products: For larger products such as dining tables, coffee tables, or other orders which require a deposit up front, partial refunds are available if the product meets the standards listed above to be returnable. The refund amount will be equal to the price of the material already purchased for the project. An itemized receipt can be provided upon request
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment methods that are accepted: Credit Card*, Paypal*, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, Cash, or Check

For customized pieces such as engraved charcuterie or cutting boards, I require full payment after we have agreed upon any fonts/details of the customization
​
For larger items such as coffee tables, dining tables, and epoxy resin tables totally $200 or more, I require a deposit of half the total amount up front, then the rest upon delivery or shipping
​
*Credit Card payments will be charged an extra 3.5% for processing fees

I currently do not sell my products in any stores or shops, but would be open to the opportunity! Please reach out if you would like to sell my products in your store!
